North of 29 / WRA Voter Roll Strategy Planning Meeting 7-8 PM

- Our next meeting with all of the teams Tues. Dec. 2nd at 7 PM. At this time, we will plan the route and dates for all of the locations. I hope that you will have figured out your Friendly Towns or Cities that will work with us. It is critical that we get our locations and strategy set by this meeting, dates will be set as much as possible at this time. Then calls can be made once we know the counties/route for his trip around the state.
- NOTE: I will need all information about locations for meetings, and event locations No later than December 5th, so that we have time to schedule times, locations and make up flyers to advertise the events and set up the schedule for Dr. Frank while he is here.
- For those of you working with the North of 29 Movement and WRA on Evidence Binders, Last Meeting with Dr. Frank will be Dec. 30 at 7PM via Meetn prior to his return.
- I will need to know the communities, boards, clerks, sheriffs, etc. that will be meeting with Dr. Frank to review his information, and your evidence binders NO LATER THAN Dec. 5th.
- I will need to know the preferred location for an event with Dr. Frank for your county. You will want to invite the people from your meetings, as well as the residents in your community, friends & family. You will pass the hat and rally your communities to back you up and stand with you at the completion of our effort. The donations from these events will be given to Dr. Frank at the close of the evening, so that he will be reimbursed for his expenses and a hotel room each night as he travels in-between counties. Currently he is scheduled to be returning in January 8-17.
